Our global footprint of nearly 2,000 data scientists and analysts assist client organizations with complex risk minimization methods, advanced marketing, pricing and CRM strategies, internal cost analysis, and cost and resource optimization within the organization. ;EXL Analytics serves the insurance, healthcare, banking, capital markets, utilities, retail and e-commerce, travel, transportation and logistics industries. ;Please visit for more information about EXL Analytics. ;Role & Responsibilities Overview:Emphasis is on providing business insights and managing end to end project deliveryStructure analytical solution to address business objectives and problem solvingExpected to work in close collaboration with the Client team and EXL team on establishing relationship with stakeholders, identify new opportunities, areas of growth· ; ; ; ;Analyze structured and unstructured data from a number of drivers in the interest of solving specific questions/problems with processes in the various functional areasHands on experience in GenAI tools like, AWS, Python, Langchain, Langgraph, VectorDB in insurance domainDevelop long-lasting, trusted advisor relationships with clientsProvide Project, Client & Team Management and Monitor progress of deliverables on daily basis and ensures timely resolution of any issuesEnsure Industry best practices are followed, Communicate and follow up with delivery teamIdentifying reasons for issues/Issue Resolution, diagnosis of inefficiencies in the current process and figuring out ways to resolve it ;Independently work across data manipulation, visualization, predictive modeling, Reporting and Automation projectsFacilitate client working sessions and lead recurring project status meetingsManage day-to-day project operations, serve as the functional and domain expert on the project team to ensure that they meet client expectations ;Candidate Profile: ;Bachelor's/Master's degree in economics, mathematics, computer science/engineering, operations research or related analytics areas; candidates with BA/BS degrees in the same fields from the top tier academic institutions are also welcome to apply2-10 years in AI, GenAI, Machine LearningHands on experience in GenAI tools like, AWS, Python, Langchain, Langgraph, VectorDB and good knowledge in segmentation / advanced analytics / Machine learning / statistical / data mining / NLP techniques /Agentic AIGenAI, Good knowledge of Agentic AI framework and/or working exposure to Crew AIExposure to insurance analyticsGood critical thinking and problem-solving skillsStrong record of achievement, solid analytical ability, and an entrepreneurial hands-on approach to workOutstanding written and verbal communication skills, and presentation skillsShould be proactive, and be able to work in fast pace and continuously evolving environment and ready to take up uphill challengesIs able to understand cross cultural differences and can work with clients across the globe ;What we offer: ;EXL Analytics offers an exciting, fast paced and innovative environment, which brings together a group of sharp and entrepreneurial professionals who are eager to influence business decisions.
