Responsibilities:

  • Manage and update daily stories, posts, and content across brand social media accounts.
  • Handle comments, DMs, and community interactions with a professional and engaging tone.
  • Oversee Instagram pages for multiple brands, ensuring consistent posting and brand voice.
  • Plan, schedule, and publish content across platforms to maintain an active online presence.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to conceptualise and produce engaging reels, especially for Social Croww's own Instagram page.
  • Track engagement metrics and suggest creative ways to grow followers and improve reach.
  • Stay up to date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to keep content fresh and relevant.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience managing social media accounts, preferably in an agency environment.
  • Strong understanding of Instagram algorithms, analytics, and content strategies.
  • Excellent communication and multitasking skills.
  • Creative mindset with a good eye for trends, storytelling, and aesthetics.
  • Basic knowledge of photography, videography, or editing tools (preferred but not mandatory).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹22, ₹43,899.10 per month
