Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and grow brand presence across social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Plan, create, and schedule engaging posts, stories, and reels.
  • Conceptualize, shoot, and edit Instagram Reels and short videos in line with brand tone and current trends.
  • Develop monthly content calendars and ensure timely posting.
  • Monitor analytics and performance metrics to optimize content strategy.
  • Respond to followers' comments, DMs, and maintain strong community engagement.
  • Collaborate with the marketing/design team for campaigns and promotions.
  • Stay updated on social media trends, tools, and algorithms.

  • Requirements:
  • Proven experience managing social media accounts for brands or influencers.
  • Strong knowledge of Instagram Reels, trending sounds, and editing tools (CapCut, InShot, Canva, Adobe Premiere Rush, etc.).
  • Creative eye for design, storytelling, and aesthetics.
  • Understanding of social media analytics and insights tools.
  • Excellent communication and writing skills.

  • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.

  • Preferred Qualifications:

  • • Degree or certification in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • • Experience with paid social media campaigns and influencer collaborations.
  • • Basic graphic design or photography skills.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: ₹10, ₹18,865.66 per month
