Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and creative Social Media Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and conversions across all platforms. This role requires an individual who is both strategic and hands-on, with a deep understanding of various social media channels, trends, and analytics.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategy Development: Create and execute social media strategies aligned with business goals, optimizing for engagement, reach, and brand voice.
  • Content Creation: Develop high-quality and engaging content, including graphics, videos, and copy for platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
  • Community Management: Actively manage and grow social media communities by responding to comments, messages, and fostering meaningful interactions.
  • Performance Analysis: Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics such as reach, engagement, click-through rates, and conversions. Use data to optimize and refine strategies.
  • Campaign Management: Plan and execute social media campaigns to promote products, services, and brand initiatives, ensuring consistent messaging across all platforms.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, design, and content teams to align social media initiatives with broader marketing campaigns.
  • Trend Monitoring: Stay updated on industry trends, algorithm changes, and best practices to keep the brand at the forefront of social media innovation.
  • Paid Social Management: Manage and optimize paid social media advertising campaigns to maximize return on investment.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role (2+ years preferred).
  • Expertise in social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and emerging platforms.
  • Strong understanding of social media KPIs, analytics, and performance optimization.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an eye for detail and creativity.
  • Experience with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, or Sprout Social) and basic graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of SEO and web traffic metrics.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.

Bonus Skills:

  • Experience with influencer marketing and partnerships.
  • Familiarity with content marketing and email marketing strategies.
  • Ability to adapt brand voice for different audiences and platforms.
