Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Social Media Manager based in Noida. The Social Media Manager will develop and execute social media marketing strategies, create and optimize content for various social media platforms, and ensure alignment with the brand's voice. Additional responsibilities include maintaining and analyzing social media performance metrics, engaging with audiences, and collaborating with internal teams to create targeted campaigns that drive brand awareness and growth.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO)
  • Strong Communication and Writing skills
  • Experience in developing effective Content Strategies
  • Familiarity with social media analytics and performance measurement tools
  • Proven ability to manage multiple social media platforms and campaigns effectively
  • Creative thinking with an eye for visual aesthetics and engagement
  • Experience in digital marketing or social media management; relevant certifications are a plus
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team and in an on-site environment
