Role Overview

We are seeking a creative and results-driven
Social Media Manager
to lead our online presence across all major digital platforms. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in managing social media strategies, content creation, campaign execution, and analytics to drive brand awareness and audience engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies aligned with brand goals.
  • Plan and create engaging content (text, image, video, and reels) across platforms — Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, and YouTube.
  • Manage end-to-end social media campaigns, including organic and paid initiatives.
  • Collaborate with the marketing, design, and content teams to maintain a consistent brand voice.
  • Monitor trends, competitor activities, and audience insights to optimize engagement.
  • Track, analyze, and report on social media performance metrics using analytics tools.
  • Manage influencer collaborations and brand partnerships when required.
  • Stay updated on emerging platforms, tools, and best practices in social media marketing.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or related field.
  • 1–3 years
    of hands-on experience in social media management or digital marketing.
  • Strong understanding of
    social media platforms, algorithms, and content trends
    .
  • Proficiency in
    analytics tools
    (Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, Hootsuite, Buffer, etc.).
  • Experience in running and optimizing
    paid ad campaigns
    (Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.).
  • Excellent communication, creativity, and copywriting skills.
  • Basic knowledge of
    graphic design or video editing tools
    (Canva, Adobe Suite) is a plus.

  • Experience managing social media for startups or fast-paced brands.
  • Exposure to influencer marketing and brand collaboration strategies.
  • Understanding of SEO and content marketing fundamentals.
