Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and dynamic Social Media Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing and executing effective social media strategies that drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions. This role requires a creative and strategic thinker who can create compelling content, manage social media campaigns, and analyze performance metrics to optimize strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

Create and manage social media strategies across various platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.) to align with the company's business goals and target audience.

Develop high-quality, engaging, and relevant content for social media channels. This includes writing posts, designing graphics, and creating videos that resonate with our audience.

Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and foster a positive and interactive online community.

Plan and execute paid social media campaigns to increase brand visibility and drive traffic. Optimize campaigns for better performance and ROI.

Monitor, track, and report on key social media metrics to assess the effectiveness of campaigns. Use insights to refine strategies and improve future content and outreach.

Work closely with the marketing, PR, and design teams to ensure consistent brand messaging across all platforms.

Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, tools, and technologies in social media and digital marketing to ensure the company remains innovative and competitive.

Requirements:

3 years of experience in social media management, content creation, and digital marketing.

Solid understanding of social media platforms, their respective audiences, and best practices.

Experience in writing, graphic design, and video production (knowledge of tools such as Canva, Adobe Suite, etc. is a plus).

Ability to analyze social media performance and make data-driven decisions.

Strong Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail.

A creative thinker who can generate fresh ideas for engaging social media content.

Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and liaise with different departments.

Preferred Skills:

Experience in influencer marketing and partnerships.

Familiarity with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social, etc.).

Basic knowledge of SEO and SEM to enhance social media visibility.
