Job Overview

Geniebag is seeking a proactive and creative Social Media Manager for our Noida location. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing social media strategies to enhance brand visibility and engagement. This is a full-time, mid-level position requiring a strong grasp of digital marketing trends and community management. We are looking for someone with a flair for content creation and the ability to analyze social media metrics effectively.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Proficiency in creating engaging and innovative content for various social media platforms to drive audience engagement and brand awareness.
  • Strong analytic skills to interpret social media metrics and translate insights into improvement strategies (Mandatory skill).
  • Solid understanding of SEO principles and techniques to optimize social media content for search visibility (Mandatory skill).
  • Experience in community management, with the ability to foster relationships and engage effectively with varied audiences and stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of influencer marketing strategies to collaboratively boost brand reach and credibility.
  • Strong copywriting skills, capable of crafting compelling messages tailored to different social channels and audiences.
