Sadhana TV is looking for a Social Media Manager to lead and grow our digital presence across multiple platforms focused on spirituality, health, and holistic living.

About the Role

As the Social Media Manager, you'll be responsible for strategizing, executing, and scaling our social media presence across multiple spiritual and wellness channels. You'll work closely with our creative & content teams to ensure our message reaches and inspires millions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, manage, and grow multiple social media pages (YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, etc.)
  • Create and execute growth strategies aligned with the brand's spiritual and health-oriented identity
  • Optimize content performance through SEO, analytics, and trend insights
  • Coordinate with the design and content teams for posting schedules and campaigns
  • Monitor engagement, analyze metrics, and report on growth performance
  • Stay updated with the latest social media and wellness trends
  • Build and nurture online communities through active engagement

Requirements

  • Experience in social media management (agency or brand-side)
  • Strong understanding of social media algorithms, SEO, and analytics tools
  • Creative mindset with the ability to adapt content for the spirituality and wellness niche
  • Excellent communication and time management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple platforms efficiently
