Job summary

This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing team in an emerging business at seeking an outstanding Sort Centre Senior Executive. For this position, were seeking an operations leader to drive engagement and execution excellence in our Sort Centre operations. This leader will be comfortable managing and inspiring a team, able to think strategically (while paying careful attention to detail), and enjoy working in a fast-paced, dynamic and data-intensive operations environment.

The successful candidate will be a natural self-starter who is comfortable supporting both daily operational activities. This individual must have a curious mind-set, excellent analytical abilities, as well as superior written and verbal communication skills

Please note you will be required to work across day and night shifts so flexibility is a must

Key job responsibilities

-Lead inventory management for consumables across all sort centers

-Manage connections with vendors and share timely updates for the same

-Identify gaps and leakages in the current process and suggest new ways of working

-Maintaining daily stock checks and sufficient inventory across all nodes

-Develop a strong performing team fostering a culture of safety, customer obsession and engagement.

-Support developing and implementing process quality and continuous improvement initiatives.

-Encourage and strengthen our strong culture of health and safety best practices.

Contribute to cross-functional projects as needed.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

• Basic graduation is Must.

• Proficiency in advanced MS Excel (macros, pivot tables, etc.)

• Ability to prepare, report and interpret large sets of data.

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

• Excellent inter-personal and relationship-building skills.

• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• 2+ years of professional supply chain and logistics, operations, and/or e-commerce experience.

• 2+ years of experience leading a front-line operations team.
