GLA University invites dynamic professionals to join our growing Corporate Sales/ Admissions team. As a Sr. Manager / Manager - Corporate Sales / Admissions, you will be responsible for building strategic partnerships with corporates, driving online program admissions, and contributing to the university's national outreach in workforce upskilling and education.

Role & responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to onboard corporate clients for GLA University's Online Degree Programs.
  • Drive corporate admissions through strategic partnerships and outreach to HR, L&D, and CHRO-level stakeholders.
  • Identify potential business opportunities, generate leads, and convert them into long-term collaborations.
  • Present customized learning and upskilling solutions aligned with organizations workforce development goals.
  • Negotiate contracts and close high-value corporate deals to achieve revenue and admission targets.
  • Collaborate with academic, operations, and marketing teams to ensure seamless delivery of programs to corporate clients.
  • Represent GLA University at HR summits, industry events, and networking forums to enhance institutional visibility.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Proven experience in Corporate Sales / B2B Education Sales / HR Partnership Sales.
  • Strong corporate network with HR Leaders, L&D Heads, and CHROs across industries.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and client relationship management skills.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to align educational offerings with client business goals.
  • Highly motivated, target-driven, and passionate about higher education and professional growth.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with internal stakeholders.
