Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven
Corporate Sales Manager – MICE
to develop, manage, and expand our Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions (MICE) business. The role involves generating new business opportunities, building strong corporate relationships, and achieving revenue targets by promoting customized MICE solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and target potential corporate clients for MICE business opportunities.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve assigned revenue targets.
- Pitch, negotiate, and close deals with corporate clients for domestic and international MICE events.
- Collaborate with operations and event management teams to deliver seamless end-to-end solutions.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships for repeat and referral business.
- Conduct regular client meetings, presentations, and networking activities.
- Maintain strong knowledge of industry trends, competitors, and market opportunities.
- Prepare and present customized proposals, RFP responses, and costings.
- Monitor client satisfaction and ensure exceptional customer service.
- Maintain accurate sales pipeline, forecasts, and reports for management review.
Key Skills & Competencies
- Strong sales acumen with proven B2B / corporate sales experience.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build long-term corporate relationships.
- Knowledge of MICE operations, event management, and travel services.
- Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and proposal drafting.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Qualifications & Experience
- Graduate / Postgraduate in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or related field.
- 3–7 years of proven experience
in Corporate Sales (preferably in Travel, Hospitality, or Events sector). - Existing corporate network and MICE industry exposure is highly desirable.
Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Achievement of monthly/quarterly sales targets.
- Number of new corporate accounts acquired.
- Repeat business and client retention rate.
- Client satisfaction and feedback scores.
