Role & responsibilities :

  1. Conduct Market research to determine market requirements for existing and future products.

  2. Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to achieve business growth objectives.

  3. Expand and develop sales & marketing platforms.

  4. Monitor, review and report on all marketing activity and results.

  5. Work closely with customers and internal teams to create and carry out new business ideas that meet everyone's goals and expectations.

  6. Determine and manage the sales/ marketing budget.

  7. Deliver sales activity within agreed budget.

  8. Manage and grow key accounts by understanding client needs and delivering value-added solutions.

  9. Manage end-to-end RFQ processes, including cost estimation, quote preparation, and submission of competitive commercial proposals for new and existing clients.

  10. To coordinate and make the forecast and budget related activities

  11. Knowledge of Sales and Manufacturing process of Electrical / Electronic products/ Automotive products .

  12. Should have done direct B2B sales to OEMs.
