About the Role:
Sales Director
to lead our
Dubai real estate sales vertical in India
. The right candidate will bring deep expertise in Dubai property sales, strong client relationships, and the leadership capability to build and scale a high-performing sales and marketing team.
You will be responsible for driving the Dubai property business across India, leading strategy, sales operations, marketing initiatives, team development, and building strong networks with HNI/NRI investors, brokers, and channel partners. This is a key leadership role instrumental to the organization's international growth strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales Leadership
- Develop and execute the sales strategy for Dubai real estate projects in the Indian market.
- Leverage existing Dubai networks to source high-quality leads and close premium property deals.
- Identify and onboard new HNI/NRI clients and investor groups across India.
- Set sales targets, monitor KPIs, and drive consistent achievement of revenue goals.
2. Team Building & Management
- Build, train, and lead a team of Real Estate Sales Managers, Relationship Executives, and Tele-sales specialists for Dubai projects.
- Establish KPIs, sales processes, and performance-driven culture.
- Partner with HR to recruit top-tier talent specializing in international real estate.
3. Business Development
- Build partnerships with sub-brokers, wealth management firms, and channel partners across India.
- Represent Asset Deals at real estate exhibitions, roadshows, private events, and investor meetings.
- Coordinate with Dubai developers for inventory updates, pricing, marketing materials, and exclusivity arrangements.
4. Marketing & Strategy
- Collaborate with internal and external marketing teams to plan campaigns, digital outreach, events, and promotional content.
- Ensure brand alignment with Dubai developers and compliance with UAE property guidelines.
- Monitor ROI of marketing activities and optimize strategies to maximize lead quality and conversions.
5. Operations & Reporting
- Oversee the end-to-end client lifecycle—from inquiry, presentations, site visits (virtual/physical), negotiations, documentation, and after-sales.
- Ensure accurate CRM management, sales forecasts, and daily/weekly pipeline reporting.
- Present monthly performance insights and business recommendations to the leadership team.
Required Experience & Skills:
- 5-10 years of experience in Dubai real estate sales, with top developers/agencies preferred.
- Strong understanding of Dubai property laws, off-plan sales, and luxury project portfolios.
- Established network of Dubai property investors including HNIs, NRIs, and brokers.
- Proven success in leading sales teams, scaling business units, and meeting high-value sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage stakeholders across India and Dubai with a solution-oriented approach.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with hands-on execution capability.
