Training Coordinator/ Trainer

The Training Coordinator / Trainer will be responsible for developing and delivering both classroom and on-the-job training programs tailored to blue-collar employees, preferably from sectors such as Laundry Services, E-commerce, Warehousing, Production, Garment, or Last Mile Logistics.
This role requires strong communication and facilitation skills in English, Hindi, Kannada, and Telugu to ensure effective training delivery across diverse employee groups.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct engaging training sessions, workshops, and presentations for employees at various levels.
Plan and schedule sessions for new hires, refresher courses, and ongoing skill development programs.
Organize and conduct regular training sessions for floor staff across CPU and Hub locations.
Identify skill gaps and design targeted training initiatives to address them.
Deliver practical and engaging training content suited to varying literacy and education levels.
Develop assessment tools to evaluate training effectiveness and participant learning outcomes.
Gather and analyze feedback to enhance training content and methodology.
Prepare and share regular reports on employee progress and training outcomes.
Maintain accurate records of training schedules, attendance, and performance tracking.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to update training documentation and materials as per process changes.
Requirements:
Experience: 4–6 years in a similar role, focusing on floor and classroom training for blue-collar employees in industries such as laundry, logistics, e-commerce, production, or warehousing.
Industry Advantage: Prior experience in Laundry Services will be an added advantage.
Languages: Proficiency in English, Hindi, Kannada, and Telugu.
Key Skills:
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficiency in developing and delivering practical, engaging training content.
Competence in MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Strong organizational and analytical skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
