Job Description:

Flo Mattress is looking for a dynamic Head of Sales to lead our sales team. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, proven experience in managing and motivating a team, and a solid track record in driving sales for a D2C brand.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor the sales team to achieve targets.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies for business growth.
  • Monitor team performance and provide actionable insights.
  • Collaborate with marketing and operations to optimize the customer journey.

Requirements:

  • 6–7 years of sales experience, preferably in D2C or retail.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹800, ₹1,000,000.00 per year
