Office Timing: Monday to Saturday, 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM
Qualification: Graduation (Any stream)
Salary: ₹15,000 per month (Inclusive of PF & ESI)
Experience: Freshers or candidates with 6 months of experience

Job Summary:

We are looking for enthusiastic and presentable individuals to join as Customer Service Executives. You will be the face of the company for walk-in customers, assist with old gold transactions, and support marketing and sales initiatives.

Key Responsibilities: Customer Service & Gold Handling

  • Welcome and assist walk-in customers with politeness and professionalism
  • Purchase and assess the purity of old gold items with care and accuracy

Marketing Initiatives

  • Participate in local branch promotions (e.g., umbrella marketing)
  • Willing to travel occasionally for campaigns and promotional drives

Sales & Product Promotion

  • Promote and explain products, including:
  • Gold: Coins, jewelry, biscuits
  • Silver: Coins, jewelry, biscuits
  • Digital Wallet: Corporate gifting solutions

Other Responsibilities

  • Represent the brand with confidence
  • Participate in ongoing training and development
  • Adapt to internal process changes and new product lines

Required Skills:

  • Fluency in Tamil (Regional Language): Mandatory
  • Customer-focused & Presentable: Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Travel-readiness: For local marketing drives
  • Quick Learner: Willing to undergo product and soft skill training

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10, ₹20,000.00 per month
