Job Title : Field Sales Executive

Location : Puducherry

Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
  • Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
  • Conduct market research to understand customer needs and competitor activities.

Client Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Provide product demonstrations and presentations to customers.
  • Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure high satisfaction levels.

Field Sales & Territory Management:

  • Travel extensively within the assigned territory to meet clients and close deals.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize revenue.
  • Monitor competitor activities and market trends to adjust sales approaches.

Reporting & Documentation:

  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline in CRM software.
  • Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.

Collaboration & Support:

  • Work closely with the marketing team to execute promotional campaigns.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (logistics, customer service, etc.) to ensure smooth order fulfillment.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  • Experience: 0-3 years in field sales, B2B sales, or a similar role (industry-specific experience is a plus).

Skills:

  • Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
