Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and market research.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term business growth.
  • Present and promote products/services to prospective customers in a professional manner.
  • Negotiate terms and close sales to achieve individual and team targets.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline, and client interactions in CRM.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to ensure seamless customer service.
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
  • Prepare and submit regular sales reports to management.
  • Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and client meetings.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields.

Experience

  • Minimum 2 years of proven experience as a Sales Executive or in a similar sales role.
  • Experience in B2B or B2C sales is preferred.

Key Skills

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to present and influence effectively.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
