Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Head– Mechanical, located in Delhi, India. The Sales Head will be responsible for managing sales operations, leading the sales team, and developing and executing strategic sales plans. The role involves overseeing account management, conducting market analysis, and driving revenue growth. The Sales Head will also be responsible for maintaining client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and achieving sales targets.

Qualifications

  • Strong Sales and Sales Management skills

  • Experience in Team Management and Account Management

  • Excellent Analytical Skills

  • Exceptional leadership and communication abilities

  • Proven track record in achieving sales targets

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field, MBA is a plus

  • Experience in the mechanical and industrial services industry is preferred
