  2. Executing Delivery SOP in all store and providing required support in growing Delivery Business.

Role Responsibilities

  • Adding contribution to topline through New Business Channel
  • Travel and scout within and outside the restaurant trade areas
  • Alliances and food collaboration with corporates, event companies, educational institutes etc
  • Building and maintaining relationship with customer
  • Single point for customer for all bulk order related queries
  • Coordinating with Customer, Store & Finance Team to ensure smooth execution for all
  • Developing the business and setting up right process to support when scale up position is ready
  • Working closing with relevant stakeholders for any support required to improve customer and restaurant experience.

Requirements and skills

  • Self-motivated and Growth Mindset
  • Strong understanding of Restaurant and Delivery operations.
  • Strong presentation skills for the pitch as it would be required very frequently during the scout hunting.
  • Fair understanding of Restaurant P&L upto PAC.
  • Data driven mindset as an approach to any problem and its solution.
  • Open mindset to learn and implement.
  • Strong follow up skills
  • Accomplishing task through involved stakeholders
