Assistant Manager-New Business Channel-Corporate Sales

Job Summary:
- Scouting to increasing revenue by engaging with corporates, institutes, factories, tour & travel companies etc.
- Executing Delivery SOP in all store and providing required support in growing Delivery Business.
Role Responsibilities
- Adding contribution to topline through New Business Channel
- Travel and scout within and outside the restaurant trade areas
- Alliances and food collaboration with corporates, event companies, educational institutes etc
- Building and maintaining relationship with customer
- Single point for customer for all bulk order related queries
- Coordinating with Customer, Store & Finance Team to ensure smooth execution for all
- Developing the business and setting up right process to support when scale up position is ready
- Working closing with relevant stakeholders for any support required to improve customer and restaurant experience.
Requirements and skills
- Self-motivated and Growth Mindset
- Strong understanding of Restaurant and Delivery operations.
- Strong presentation skills for the pitch as it would be required very frequently during the scout hunting.
- Fair understanding of Restaurant P&L upto PAC.
- Data driven mindset as an approach to any problem and its solution.
- Open mindset to learn and implement.
- Strong follow up skills
- Accomplishing task through involved stakeholders
