Role & responsibilities :
- New client acquisition by calling on assigned database for Permanent Recruitment Services
- Ensure that at least 5 new accounts are signed up every month
- Achieve goals in revenue terms and new client acquisition
- Manages and generates database of Talent Acquisition fraternity
- Reach out to CHROs, Head of Talent Acquisition and gets meetings for Business Head
- Ensure that every client signed also gives mandates and coordinate initial delivery and handover to operations team
