Purpose of the Job (Brief)
The team member will be responsible for alliances across BFSI segment(namely MFI, NBFC,
Cooperative banks etc), Dairy, State Government, (NABARD, Electricity Boards, Utility
Departments, State Transport) SRLM, Agritech partners, Parkings, DBT ,Toll Plaza's
- The person would be required to hunt for new alliances, partner onboarding, drive business
and subsequently manage operations and daily business interactions as key account manager
for those partnerships.
- The person needs to be proficient in Marathi, Hindi & English Language
Deliverables (Maximum 5-6 key responsibilities)
Hunt for New partner alliances
Partner Onboarding & account farming
Drive business KPIs
Client Relationship management
Coordinate with operations and product teams
Design & plan GTM & take it to execution through on-field team
Decision level
Primary: Commercial Negotiations, Identification of Partners, Driving Throughput, Commercial
Proposals, Account/project specific GTM plan
Shared: Compliance
Contributory: Bottom Line, Industry Information

Working Experience:
- Minimum of 4 years of work Ex
- Prior experience in commercial negotiation

- Sales/ Banking sales/ Banking (CMS)
