We are a leading provider of premium trophies, awards, and corporate gifting solutions, known for quality craftsmanship and customized designs. As we expand our client base in Gurugram, we are looking for a dynamic Sales / Business Development Executive to join our team.
Role Overview:
You will be responsible for driving sales growth, building strong client relationships, and representing us in client meetings across Gurugram.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and generate new business opportunities in corporate and institutional sectors
Meet sales targets through consultative selling and client relationship management
Conduct regular client visits, presentations, and negotiations
Maintain up-to-date client records and sales reports
Collaborate with internal teams (design, production, delivery) to ensure client satisfaction
Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and client needs.
Requirements :
Male / Female candidates.
Experience: 2-4 years in Sales / Business Development, preferably in B2B industries.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Willingness to travel locally within Gurugram for client meetings.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and proactive.
Familiarity with CRM tools and Microsoft Office.
Salary & Benefits:
Salary: 20,000 25,000 per month (maximum, depending on experience)
Attractive incentive structure.
Travel expenses will be reimburse for client meetings.
Metro pick & drop facility provided (nearest station to office)
