We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Executive to join our team in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate will have 1-5 years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development.

*Roles and Responsibility*

  • Proactively identify and generate new business opportunities through market research, networking, and cold calling.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships through effective communication and understanding of client needs.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and quotas.
  • Utilize various channels for lead generation and conversion, including online platforms and social media.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in business development or a similar role.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills to close deals effectively.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant business tools.
  • Experience in B2B sales, client relationship management, and telecalling is an added advantage.
  • Qualification: B.B.A, M.B.A/PGDM, Other Bachelor Degree.
