Job Title: IT Business Development Executive
Location: Gurugram
Identify, qualify, and secure business opportunities by cultivating and maintaining strong client relationships.
Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base.
Generate leads through various channels such as cold calls, emails, networking, social media, and industry events.
Collaborate with internal technical and delivery teams to create customized solutions for client needs.
Prepare proposals, RFP responses, presentations, and other sales materials.
Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive analysis.
Negotiate and close contracts and agreements to maximize profits.
Maintain CRM systems and provide regular sales reports and forecasts to management.
