Key Responsibilities
- Handle L2 technical support for Pipedrive CRM users.
- Diagnose and resolve complex CRM issues, configuration errors, and workflow concerns.
- Coordinate with the internal tech team for escalations when required.
- Assist clients with CRM setup, customization, pipeline creation, and integrations.
- Identify recurring issues and suggest improvements to enhance client experience.
- Maintain logs of issues, resolutions, and follow-ups.
- Provide clear and professional communication with clients.
- Conduct basic training or guidance to end users when needed.
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in Technical Support / Customer Support (L2 preferred).
- Good understanding of CRM systems, preferably Pipedrive (experience with any CRM is a plus).
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to understand workflows, automations, and CRM integrations.
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tickets.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹30, ₹40,000.00 per month
