Job Description

We are hiring Customer Service Executives for an inbound contact center. The role involves handling customer interactions through voice and non-voice channels and supporting basic verification processes.

Key Responsibilities

· Handle inbound customer calls professionally and resolve queries

· Provide customer support through voice, email, and chat channels

· Assist with Video KYC and basic verification processes

· Maintain accurate records of customer interactions

· Ensure service quality, compliance, and customer satisfaction

· Follow defined processes and shift schedules

Eligibility Criteria

· Any Bachelor's degree in any discipline (mandatory)

· Age limit: Up to 32 years

· Good communication skills in English and Hindi (additional languages are a plus)

· Basic computer knowledge and comfort with CRM systems

· Willingness to work in rotational shifts from office

Shift Details

· Female Candidates: 9-hour rotational shifts between 9:00 AM and 9:00 PM

· Male Candidates: 9-hour rotational shifts (24x7 environment)

· Week Off: One rotational weekly off (Monday to Sunday)

Salary & Benefits

· Salary up to ₹3,25,000 per annum (based on last drawn salary)

· Payroll: Directly under the Bank

· Professional work environment and training provided

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹200, ₹325,000.00 per year
