Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced
CRM Specialist
with a minimum of
7 years in a similar role
, who possesses in-depth knowledge of various CRM platforms and strong expertise in
lead management
. The ideal candidate will be responsible for optimizing the use of CRM systems to improve customer relationships, sales performance, and marketing effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and optimize CRM systems to support business needs.
  • Design, implement, and maintain CRM workflows, automation, and integrations with other systems.
  • Oversee lead management processes — from lead capture and scoring to routing and conversion tracking.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and customer service teams to ensure effective CRM utilization.
  • Analyze customer data and campaign performance to provide actionable insights and improve engagement.
  • Maintain data hygiene and ensure compliance with data protection regulations .
  • Provide training and support to internal users on CRM functionalities and best practices.
  • Evaluate and recommend improvements or upgrades to existing CRM platforms.
  • Develop and generate reports/dashboards to monitor KPIs and business performance.

Requirements:

  • Minimum
    7 years of proven experience
    as a CRM Specialist or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of various CRM applications (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, etc.).
  • Demonstrated experience in managing
    lead management systems and processes
    .
  • Excellent understanding of customer journey, sales funnels, and lifecycle management.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Experience with CRM integrations and data migration is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively across departments.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Information Systems, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in B2B/B2C environments.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation tools.
