Job Summary:

Frutta is seeking an experienced and results-oriented Client Relationship Manager / Key Account Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will manage key client relationships, drive business growth, and ensure client satisfaction across Corporate Client segment. You will be responsible for developing strong partnerships, maximizing revenue potential, and providing tailored solutions that meet the needs of our clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Build, maintain, and grow long-term relationships with high-value B2B clients. Serve as the primary point of contact for key accounts.
  • Conduct regular meetings with clients & regular visit to client's place to understand their concerns, propose tailored product solutions, and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, logistics, and product, to ensure seamless service delivery and effective problem-solving for clients.
  • Obtain references from existing clients, cross-sell, upsell, and ensure client retention by maintaining regular contact and providing excellent services.
  • Drive customer loyalty by offering exceptional service and proactively addressing client concerns and requirements.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate in Hotel Management, Culinary Arts, or a relevant field.
  • 5+ years of proven experience in client handling experience, business development, hospitality or relevant field.
  • Proven ability to manage and grow key accounts and achieve sales targets.
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and a customer-first mindset.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and knowledge in any CRM software.
  • Familiarity with the Chennai market and B2B client landscape.
