Role Overview

We are seeking an accomplished Director – Client Relationship Management (CRM) with over 20 years of experience in client relationship management, preferably in the staffing industry. This leadership role focuses on driving strategic client partnerships, maintaining client satisfaction, and contributing to the company's growth through exceptional relationship management and business acumen.

20+ years of experience in client relationship management, ideally in the recruitment industry.

Proven expertise in direct client interaction, including in-person engagements.

Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Strategic mindset with a focus on identifying growth opportunities.

Adept at managing escalations and resolving client concerns effectively.

Work location is in Chennai and Candidates should be willing to travel across India to engage with our clients.
