  • Manage client inquiries and resolve any emerging issues on their accounts in an accurate and timely manner.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure seamless service delivery to clients.
  • Track and report on client interactions and activities utilizing CRM tools to streamline processes.
  • Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and incorporate findings into improving client service.
