Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Chennai for a Relationship Manager. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing client relationships, responding to client inquiries, and providing investment guidance. Daily tasks include advising clients on investment options, understanding their financial goals, and offering tailored solutions. The Relationship Manager will also assist in client onboarding, portfolio management, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. Engaging with clients to build long-term relationships and ensuring high levels of client satisfaction are key aspects of this role.

  • Client Relationship Management and Customer Service skills
  • Investment Advisory and Financial Goal Analysis skills
  • Experience with Client Onboarding and Portfolio Management
  • Knowledge of Financial Markets and Regulatory Compliance
  • Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills
  • Ability to meet sales targets and build long-term client relationships
  • Relevant certifications in finance or related field are beneficial
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field
