About the Role:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and goal-oriented Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our growing team. The role involves lead generation, client interaction, sales support, and building strong business relationships. This is a great opportunity for freshers who are passionate about sales, marketing, and client management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and networking.
- Assist in pitching products/services to potential clients.
- Maintain and update client database (CRM).
- Support senior team members in preparing proposals and presentations.
- Follow up with prospects to convert leads into business opportunities.
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with the internal team to deliver solutions.
- Achieve weekly/monthly targets as assigned.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree (BBA, MBA, Marketing, Commerce, or any relevant field preferred).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (both written & verbal).
- Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office / Google Workspace.
- Self-motivated, energetic, and willing to learn.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
