About the Role:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and goal-oriented Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our growing team. The role involves lead generation, client interaction, sales support, and building strong business relationships. This is a great opportunity for freshers who are passionate about sales, marketing, and client management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and networking.
  • Assist in pitching products/services to potential clients.
  • Maintain and update client database (CRM).
  • Support senior team members in preparing proposals and presentations.
  • Follow up with prospects to convert leads into business opportunities.
  • Understand client requirements and coordinate with the internal team to deliver solutions.
  • Achieve weekly/monthly targets as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree (BBA, MBA, Marketing, Commerce, or any relevant field preferred).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (both written & verbal).
  • Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office / Google Workspace.
  • Self-motivated, energetic, and willing to learn.
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
