
BDE (Business Development Executive)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Identify, bid, and close potential leads through platforms like Upwork, Fiverr, Freelancer, and other online portals
- Draft compelling proposals, cover letters, and project quotes tailored to client needs
- Coordinate with the technical team to understand project feasibility, timelines, and scope before bidding
- Manage and maintain profiles on bidding platforms to ensure professionalism and responsiveness
- Build long-term relationships with new and existing clients to drive recurring business
- Track bid status, follow up with prospects, and ensure a high conversion rate
- Conduct market research to explore new opportunities and trends in the IT service industry
REQUIRED SKILLS:
- 1–3 years of experience in online bidding and business development in an IT services company
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a technical field (e.g., B.Tech, B.E., MCA, BCA)
- Strong understanding of web and mobile development services, digital solutions, or IT products
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to create engaging proposals and articulate value to clients
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to handle client calls, demos, and negotiations
- Self-motivated and target-oriented approach
PREFERRED SKILLS (Nice to have)
- Familiarity with CRM tools
- Understanding of SEO, digital marketing, or SaaS products
- Prior experience in handling international clients
