Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager, located in New Delhi. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and reaching out to potential clients, building and maintaining client relationships, and negotiating leasing agreements. The role involves conducting market research, developing business strategies, and proposing innovative solutions to meet client needs. The candidate will also manage sales pipelines and collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet and exceed sales targets while ensuring client satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Client Relationship Management, Communication, and Negotiation
- Proficiency in Market Research, Strategy Development, and Analytical Thinking
- Ability to manage sales pipelines and effectively handle end-to-end leasing operations
- Knowledge of the commercial real estate sector, including retail, office, and warehouse spaces
- Proactive attitude with excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
- Willingness to work on-site in New Delhi and travel as required
