Role Description

This is an internship role for a Customer Care Intern. The intern will be responsible for assisting customers with their inquiries, providing product information, resolving complaints, handling customer feedback, and maintaining customer satisfaction. This is an on-site role located in Noida.

Qualifications

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic understanding of customer service principles
  • Ability to handle customer inquiries and resolve issues effectively
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
  • High school diploma or equivalent; currently pursuing a degree is preferred
  • Experience in customer service or related field is a plus
