
Business Development Manager

Responsibilities:
- Identify and Generate Leads: Proactively seek out and identify new business opportunities in the financial services sector, including potential clients, partnerships, and markets
- Client Relationship Management: Develop and nurture strong, long-lasting relationships with both new and existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
- Sales Strategy Development: Work with senior management to develop and implement business development strategies, including market research, competitor analysis, and identifying growth opportunities
- Consultative Sales Approach: Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions, presenting financial products and services that align with their business objectives
- Branding & Market Expansion: Represent the company at networking events, industry conferences, campaigns and client meetings to increase brand visibility through PR, Collaboration and digital engagement
- Networking: Attend industry events, conferences, and networking meetings to promote the company and stay informed about industry trends and opportunities
- Reporting & Documentation: Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and market trends, and provide regular updates to management on progress and challenges
- Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, such as marketing and operations, to ensure smooth onboarding and continued client satisfaction
Requirements:
· Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
· 5+ years of proven experience in business development in the financial services industry, or a related field
· Strong understanding of financial products, services, and markets, including investment management, insurance, and banking solutions
· Strong Communication, negotiating and presentation skills
· Ability to work independently and as a part of the team
· Ability to travel as needed
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹50, ₹80,000.00 per month
