Job Summary

The ideal candidate would be a Sales Expert with a mix of Sales, business development and audio-video (AV) technical skill. He / She should be able to demonstrate a proven history of successful sales the field of devices (IP Phones and AV room devices). Successful candidate will become the India Sales Expert for the device portfolio. Primarily will be responsible for leading new business and helping the Sales in growing AudioCodes devices business in India.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the devices market in India. Should maintain a good understanding of the India IP Phone and Microsoft room devices market in terms of active partners, consultants and influencers. Define the partner strategy with regards to IP Phones and Microsoft room devices, build the Biz plan with each partner and arrange and conduct updates on products and commercial aspect to Phones and Micorosft room devices.
  • Assist local sales teams in growing devices business and closing opportunities by providing recommendations. Autonomously demonstrating the products features/functionalities and use cases, with RFx responses, meeting strategic customers and channels, customer compliance, security or technical teams and helping with designing the solutions.
  • Lead new channel development and on boarding in the device and AV space as well as assisting India Sales and channel teams and business development to grow the partner network by conducting sales workshops, sales bootcamps and participation in Events and exhibitions for devices.
  • Train and educate the local sales, pre-sales teams on devices in general, product updates, new feature introductions, competitive landscape etc. develop localized training materials for channels and end customers.
  • Overseeing the proof of concepts, driving them to be successful business opportunities.
  • Meet or exceed annual and quarterly revenue, partner, and end customers targets

Qualifications

  • Minimum 7 years' experience in Sales for IPP and/or A/V room devices with either a vendor (preferably) or Partner.
  • Good acquaintance and track record with the A/V partner community in India promoting AV and MTR solutions.
  • Creative, independent, and resourceful with an overachiever track record.
  • Strong people's skills, relationships builder. Able to deal professionally with different personality types and at different levels in prospect's organizations.
  • Consultative selling style.
  • Independent and proactive hunter.
  • Ability to travel often within the region for customer meetings and demo, seminars and events, and occasionally to HQ or other locations in Europe.
  • Teamwork, trust, and openness are key.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Knowledge of IPP and MTR (must).
  • Exposure to Microsoft ecosystem in general is an added advantage.
  • Knowledge in Conversational AI, AI in general is an added advantage.
