Reports to: Events Manager – F&B

About Moustache F&B: Moustache is redefining India's F&B landscape with unique hospitality concepts and destination dining experiences. We are looking for an energetic Events Executive – F&B to assist in planning, coordinating, and executing vibrant events across Moustache's restaurants and properties.

Role Overview: The Events Executive – F&B will support the Events Manager in day-to-day planning, logistics, vendor coordination, and execution of all Moustache events. This role is ideal for someone passionate about F&B, event management, and delivering memorable guest experiences in dynamic settings.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Event Coordination & Execution Support ○ Assist in planning and organizing events, from concept to completion. ○ Support with setup, décor supervision, guest assistance, and on-site execution.

2. Vendor & Partner Coordination ○ Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and partners for timely deliveries and setups. ○ Maintain an updated database of reliable vendors across categories.

3. Logistics & Administration ○ Manage checklists, schedules, and internal communications. ○ Support the Events Manager with budgeting, payments, and purchase tracking.

4. Marketing & Promotions Support ○ Coordinate with the Marketing team for event promotions, photography, and influencer invites. ○ Ensure all brand communication during events is consistent and on-point.

5. Guest Experience & Feedback ○ Interact with guests during events to ensure a smooth experience. ○ Collect feedback and share insights for improvement.

6. Reporting & Post-Event Analysis ○ Prepare event reports and performance summaries. ○ Track attendance, feedback, and key metrics for ongoing improvement.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

● Execution Accuracy: 95% tasks completed per event plan.

● Guest Feedback: 4.5+/5 satisfaction rating.

● Operational Efficiency: All setups completed within assigned timelines.

● Vendor Management: 100% adherence to quality and delivery standards.

Who You Are:

1–2 years of experience in event coordination or hospitality operations.

Strong multitasking, communication, and execution skills.

Passionate about food, service, and creating experiences.

Proactive and hands-on with problem-solving abilities.

Flexible to travel and work during weekends or late hours for events.
