Role Overview

Jaipur Rugs is seeking a dynamic
Marketing Executive (Event / Logistics & Fabrication)
to support marketing-led installations, branding requirements, logistics coordination, store setups, exhibitions, and other on-ground executions. The role involves managing vendors, supervising fabrication quality, and ensuring timely deployment of marketing and branding materials across multiple locations in alignment with Jaipur Rugs' brand standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage fabrication requirements for marketing displays, VM elements, kiosks, exhibitions, installations, and branding structures.
  • Coordinate logistics for dispatch, transportation, tracking, and delivery of materials for marketing and retail needs.
  • Work with event/fabrication vendors, negotiate costing, and ensure adherence to timelines and quality.
  • Oversee material samples, prototypes, and structure quality as per JR brand and design guidelines.
  • Conduct site visits for installations, quality checks, and on-ground supervision.
  • Maintain documentation, inventory updates, and fabrication/dispatch logs.
  • Ensure compliance with safety norms and proper handling of marketing materials.
  • Support Marketing, Retail, VM, and Operations teams with logistics and fabrication requirements.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Background in
    event management, event production, or fabrication agency
    is mandatory.
  • Strong
    negotiation skills
    for vendor costing, material procurement, and timelines.
  • Experience in fabrication, branding, logistics coordination, or production operations.
  • Understanding of materials, structures, printing, carpentry, metal work, and installation processes.
  • Strong vendor management, communication, and on-ground coordination skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple marketing projects simultaneously.
  • Willingness to travel for installations, setups, and marketing initiatives.
