With over 20 years of industry expertise, we take pride in delivering seamless, innovative, and result-driven event experiences.---Position Overview:We are looking for an Event Manager (Operations) with strong experience in corporate event management. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience managing end-to-end event operations — from client coordination and vendor management to on-ground execution. Note: Candidates with experience in wedding planning will not be considered. Only applicants from event management companies based in Jaipur will be shortlisted.---Key Responsibilities:Plan, organize, and execute corporate events, conferences, exhibitions, and brand activations.Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and clients to ensure timely and quality delivery.Prepare event checklists, timelines, budgets, and production plans.Supervise on-ground setup, production, and event execution.Ensure smooth client communication and problem-solving during event operations.Manage manpower allocation, logistics, and venue coordination.Conduct post-event evaluations and maintain operational documentation.---Requirements:Minimum 3–5 years of experience in corporate event management operations.Experience working with a Jaipur-based event management agency is mandatory.Excellent communication, planning, and leadership skills.Strong vendor and production knowledge (AV, fabrication, branding, logistics, etc.).Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple events simultaneously.Ready to travel and work flexible hours during event timelines.---Education:Graduate or Postgraduate (preferably in Event Management, Marketing, or Mass Communication).---What We Offer:Opportunity to work with leading national brands and event agencies.Exposure to large-scale corporate events.Dynamic work environment and growth opportunities.Performance-based incentives.---How to Apply:Send your updated CV and portfolio of past corporate events to .comSubject Line: Application for Event Manager (Operations) – Jaipur
