Job Description – Event Assistant

Codingsthan Technologies is looking for Event Assistants who enjoy traveling, interacting with people, and working in a dynamic environment. This role is ideal for individuals who prefer fieldwork and event coordination over a routine office setup.

Please note: This role is not suitable for highly corporate or strictly professional candidates.


Key Responsibilities:

Assist in planning, organizing, and executing events, workshops, and promotional activities

Support the team in logistics, setup, and smooth management of events

Travel with the team for events held in and outside Jaipur

Coordinate with participants, vendors, and team members during events

Ensure a positive and engaging experience for all attendees
