Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Wedding Event Planner, based in Jaipur. The Wedding Event Planner will handle end-to-end wedding planning and execution, ensuring each event is organized smoothly and aligns with the clients' preferences. Responsibilities include coordinating vendors, managing event schedules, sourcing venues, budgeting, addressing client inquiries, and ensuring high-quality service delivery. Collaboration with clients and teams to create memorable wedding experiences is essential to this role.

  • Proficiency in Planning, Event Planning, and Wedding Planning
  • Strong budgeting skills to manage event and wedding-related expenses effectively
  • Exceptional Customer Service skills with a client-focused approach
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build positive relationships with clients and vendors
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Relevant professional experience in event coordination or wedding planning is preferred
