Sales Manager – A.I. Printing

Key Responsibilities:
- Business Development & Sales Generation
– Identify, develop, and convert new business opportunities with pharma and non-pharma clients. - Client Relationship Management
– Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing and prospective customers. - Market Research
– Conduct regular market analysis to identify industry trends, competitors, and potential business areas. - Sales Planning & Target Achievement
– Prepare sales strategies, forecasts, and action plans to achieve monthly and annual targets. - Product Promotion
– Present and demonstrate packaging solutions to customers, highlighting technical features, cost advantages, and quality aspects. - Negotiation & Closure
– Handle commercial discussions, price negotiations, and finalize deals within company guidelines. - Cross-functional Coordination
– Work closely with design, production, and dispatch teams to ensure smooth order execution and timely delivery. - Customer Feedback & Retention
– Gather client feedback to improve service levels and develop repeat business. - Documentation & Reporting
– Maintain accurate sales records, client database, visit reports, and MIS reports. Participation in Exhibitions & Events
– Represent the company in trade fairs, exhibitions, and industry events to promote brand visibility and networking.Key Skills & Competencies:
- Strong background in printing and packaging industry (cartons, labels, leaflets, mono cartons, corrugated boxes, etc.)
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong negotiation and closing ability
- Target-oriented and self-motivated
- Ability to understand technical aspects of printing & packaging materials
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
Qualification & Experience:
- Graduate in any discipline (MBA in Marketing preferred)
- Minimum
5–10 years of experience
in
sales/business development
in the
printing & packaging industry
(preferably B2B) - Proven track record of achieving sales targets and developing new business in Pharma or FMCG sectors
