  1. Business Development & Sales Generation Identify, develop, and convert new business opportunities with pharma and non-pharma clients.
  2. Client Relationship Management – Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing and prospective customers.
  3. Market Research – Conduct regular market analysis to identify industry trends, competitors, and potential business areas.
  4. Sales Planning & Target Achievement – Prepare sales strategies, forecasts, and action plans to achieve monthly and annual targets.
  5. Product Promotion – Present and demonstrate packaging solutions to customers, highlighting technical features, cost advantages, and quality aspects.
  6. Negotiation & Closure – Handle commercial discussions, price negotiations, and finalize deals within company guidelines.
  7. Cross-functional Coordination – Work closely with design, production, and dispatch teams to ensure smooth order execution and timely delivery.
  8. Customer Feedback & Retention – Gather client feedback to improve service levels and develop repeat business.
  9. Documentation & Reporting – Maintain accurate sales records, client database, visit reports, and MIS reports.
  10. Participation in Exhibitions & Events – Represent the company in trade fairs, exhibitions, and industry events to promote brand visibility and networking.

Key Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong background in printing and packaging industry (cartons, labels, leaflets, mono cartons, corrugated boxes, etc.)
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Strong negotiation and closing ability
  • Target-oriented and self-motivated
  • Ability to understand technical aspects of printing & packaging materials
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
