Sales Manager

Role & responsibilities
- Identify and acquire new clients through cold calling, market visits, networking, and referrals.
- Promote and sell the company's servicesincluding graphic design, digital artwork, pre-press solutions, packaging graphics, and print-ready files.
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with the design/pre-press team to deliver customized solutions.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and quotations.
- Manage customer accounts, build long-term relationships, and ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Track sales activities, maintain reports, and update CRM tools regularly.
- Represent the company at industry exhibitions, events, and meetings.
Preferred candidate profile
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or any related field (preferred).
- 1–4 years of experience in sales, preferably in the printing, packaging, or creative graphics industry.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Good understanding of graphic design, packaging artwork, pre-press, or printing processes (added advantage).
- Ability to identify customer needs and offer effective solutions.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and business development.
