Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and highly organized Female Travel Operations Executive to join our team. This role involves overseeing daily travel operations, coordinating with clients, vendors, and partners, and ensuring smooth and efficient execution of all travel-related activities. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, a passion for travel, and a keen attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate day-to-day travel operations for clients and groups.
  • Assist in the planning and execution of travel itineraries, including accommodations, transport, and activities.
  • Liaise with clients to understand their travel preferences and offer personalized recommendations.
  • Collaborate with travel vendors (hotels, airlines, transport companies) to ensure seamless bookings and service delivery.
  • Handle travel-related inquiries, including resolving issues and providing timely solutions.
  • Monitor and manage the budget for travel bookings, ensuring cost-effectiveness.
  • Maintain accurate records of bookings, payments, and confirmations.
  • Provide excellent customer service and maintain positive relationships with clients and service providers.
  • Ensure compliance with travel regulations and company policies.
  • Prepare reports and summaries related to bookings, customer feedback, and travel trends.
  • Handle administrative tasks related to travel operations, including filing, documentation, and communication.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in travel operations or a related field.
  • Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Familiarity with travel booking platforms and tools.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Detail-oriented with a customer-centric approach.
  • Knowledge of international and domestic travel regulations.
  • A passion for travel and a positive attitude.
  • Female candidates preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹13, ₹18,000.00 per month
