JOB SUMMARY

We are looking for an energetic and detail-oriented
Operations Executive

to support our
corporate travel operations for the UAE market

.
This role will be
based in India

and will function as the
backend operations team

, handling client coordination, CRM management, and travel support for our UAE-based corporate clients.

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills in
fluent English
, demonstrate
high efficiency in multitasking
, and possess strong coordination abilities to ensure seamless travel operations.

Experience working with travel management systems such as
BTA Travel Portal
will be an added advantage.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage day-to-day
    corporate travel operations

for UAE-based clients from our India backend office.
- Handle and update
CRM systems

(Salesforce / Zoho / HubSpot or internal CRM).
- Coordinate with UAE front-end teams, suppliers, airlines, and hotels for booking and confirmations.
- Prepare quotations, itineraries, and travel documentation for corporate clients.
- Maintain
accurate client data

and generate CRM reports.
- Assist in invoicing, reconciliation, and communication with the accounts team.
- Ensure timely resolution of queries and smooth travel operations support.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

  • Graduate with
    1–3 years of experience

in
corporate travel operations or CRM handling

.
- Good understanding of
UAE corporate travel processes is preferred

.
- Knowledge of
GDS systems

(Amadeus, Galileo, or Sabre) is an advantage.
- Proficiency in
CRM tools

and
Microsoft Excel

.
- Strong coordination, communication (English), and multitasking skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours to support UAE time zones (if required).
