Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Admin Operations Travel professional, located at our Kochi office. In this role, you will oversee administrative operations, coordinate travel arrangements, and support day-to-day office processes. Responsibilities include communicating with stakeholders, managing customer inquiries, analyzing travel data, and ensuring the smooth execution of travel-related logistics. You will work closely with internal teams to optimize processes and deliver exceptional service.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and customer service skills for interacting with clients, vendors, and internal teams
- Proficiency in administrative assistance and organizational skills for supporting operational tasks
- Analytical skills to evaluate data, streamline processes, and suggest improvements
- Basic finance knowledge for managing budgets, processing invoices, and monitoring expenses
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks effectively
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, or a related field is a plus
- Experience in travel management or the tourism industry is an advantage
